摘要
用示差扫描量热分析法、偏光显微镜法研究尼龙 12对POM的成核作用 ,并对力学性能及线膨胀系数进行测定。结果表明 ,PA12的加入 ,使POM的结晶温度升高 ,球晶细化 ,线膨胀系数降低 ,缺口冲击强度随PA12用量的增加出现峰值 ,采用母料法分散工艺使PA12分散更为均匀 ,成核效果更为显著。
s The nucleation of Polyamide 12(PA12) to polyoxymethylene(POM)was studied by means of DSC and PLM,and the mechanical properties and linear expansion coefficiency were tested.The results showed the addition of PA12 caused the increase of crystallization temperature and decrease of spherulite size and linear expansion coefficiency of POM,there existed a peak value of notched impact strength with the variation of PA12 content,and nucleator master method was more effective than direct blend method in the dispersion of PA12.
