摘要
分别用硅油、EVA、LWPE、钛白粉、超细碳酸钙等助剂 ,添加到聚乙烯树脂中。研究了助剂对聚乙烯流变性能的影响。结果表明 ,硅油系列助剂、LWPE的加入能降低聚乙烯熔体的粘度 ,其中以低分子量的硅油E最为有效。而钛白粉、碳酸钙则使聚乙烯熔体的粘度升高。但聚乙烯熔体加入上述几种助剂后 ,其流变性能仍符合阿累尼乌斯方程。
s Different auxliary,such as silicone oil,EVA,LWPE,TiO 2,and CaCO 3,was used respectively as filler of PE,and the rheological property of PE filled with different auxliary was studied in this paper.The results showed that the apparent viscosity of the blend decreased when silicone oil,EVA or LWPE was filled into PE,however,the viscosity of the PE filled with TiO 2 or CaCO 3 was higher than that of pure PE.The rheologocal property of PE filled with aforementioned different auxliary was corresponding to Arrhenius equation
