芪贞固本方联合DP方案治疗中晚期肺癌的临床研究

Clinical Study on Advanced Lung Cancer Treated by Qizhen Guben Formula Combined with DP Chemotherapy

目的:探讨观察扶正中药复方芪贞固本方联合DP方案治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为扶正化疗组与单纯化疗组,均予DP方案化疗,但扶正化疗组在此基础上服用扶正中药复方,两个周期后,比较两组患者治疗前后瘤灶、主要症状、免疫功能变化及不良反应情况。结果:扶正化疗组相对单纯化疗组而言,可明显改善患者主要症状、提高患者生活质量、增强免疫功能、减轻不良反应,两组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但两组在缩小和稳定病灶方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:扶正中药复方芪贞固本方联合DP方案治疗中晚期肺癌疗效肯定,具有增效减毒作用,值得深入研究。

Objective ： To study the effect of advanced lung cancer treated by Qizhen Guben Formula combined with DP Chemotherapy. Methods ：60 subjects with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the treated group were administered with Qizhen Guben Formula and DP chemotherapy,30 in the control group with DP chem- otherapy alone. After two periods of treatment, observe the effects and the changes of tumor lesions, subjective symptoms, KPS, body weights, immune parameters and toxicity. Results ： The subjective symptoms, KPS, body weights and immune pa- rameters were all significantly improved in the treated group, which were better than those in the control one. But there was no difference between two groups on tumor lesions. Conclusion： Qizhen Guben Formula and DP chemotherapy have plusly curative effect on treating advanced lung cancer.
