逍遥软胶囊中白芍、茯苓、甘草的提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Technique of Xiaoyao Soft Capsules by Orthogonal Experiments

目的:优选逍遥软胶囊中白芍、茯苓、甘草的水提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验,以芍药苷含量和出膏率为指标优选合理提取工艺。结果:白芍、茯苓、甘草的最佳提取工艺为药材加8倍水量,煎煮2次,每次0.5h。结论:本工艺方法简单、稳定可行。

Objective ：To optimize water extraction process of Xiaoyao soft capsules which consists of Poria, Radix Paeoninae Alba,and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, so as to achieve optimal extraction technique. Methods ：Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize extraction process by using content of paeoniflorin and paste rate as appraising indexes. Results ： The optimum process for water extraction is to add 8 times amount of water, then extract for 2 times, each time for boiling 0.5h. Conclusion： It turned out to be a simple, stable and highly efficient method.
