摘要
目的:观察二仙汤对免疫性POF模型小鼠FoxP3基因的影响。方法:用小鼠透明带ZP3第330~342个氨基酸序列(NSSSSQFQIHGPR)为免疫原建立免疫性POF小鼠动物模型,并用二仙汤干预,用RT-PCR观察小鼠卵巢上FoxP3基因的表达。结果:模型组卵巢中FoxP3的基因水平下降;各用药组FoxP3的基因表达均增强,中西药无明显差异。结论:二仙汤能使FoxP3基因蛋白表达增强。
Objective :To explore the effect of Erxian Decoction on expression of FoxP3 in the immunological prema- ture ovarian failure of model mice. Methods : The immunological ovary premature model was set by immunogens of 330th 342th amino acid sequences (NSSSSQFQIHGPR) and Erxian Decoction was used to treat the model. The expressive changes of FoxP3 were detected by reaction( RT -PCR). Results :The expression of FoxP3 gene was decreased in model group, compared with model group, it was increased in drug groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant difference between Chinese and Western medicine groups ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of FoxP3 gene was increased by Erxian Decoc- tion.
