摘要
本文用透射电镜观察了新型近β钛合金Ti-5Mo-5V-2C_r-3Al在固溶处理及时效处理后存在的析出相,确定了各种相的结构和晶体学取向关系;以动态加热实验证实了析出相的几种形核方式;对平衡相的成份进行了X射线能谱分析;最后研究了该合金的时效硬化效应。
The Precipitates in new near β-Ti alloy Ti-5Mo-5V-2Cr-3Al after solution and aged treatment is observed by TEM. The structures and crystallography orientation relatonships of these phases arc determined. Several nucleating ways of the precipitates are confirmed in situ experiment. The compositions of equivellium phases are analyze with EDS. Finally, age-hardening effect of the alloy is studied.
