摘要
根据汽车振动及有限元理论,建立驱动桥壳动态分析的力学模型。利用UG建立某型商用车驱动桥壳三维几何实体模型,并将该模型与AN-SYS Workbench进行协同仿真,对桥壳进行强度分析,以及在自由状态和预应力状态2种条件下的模态分析,并对结构进行改进优化。其计算结果可为商用车驱动桥壳的结构设计,优化和轻量化以及疲劳寿命预测提供理论依据,具有重要意义。
According to the theory of vehicle vibration and finite element,the drive axle housing mechanical models of dynamic analysis was studied in this paper.The UG software is used to establish three-dimensional models of the drive axle housing of a commercial vehicle.And the three-dimensional models are imported ANSYS Workbench.Then the collaborative simulation,strength analysis of the axle housing,modal analysis under two conditions of the free state and prestressed state,and structural optimization were made.The results provide theory basis for the drive axle housing of structural design,optimization,lightweight,and fatigue life prediction,which are of important significance to the actual engineering.
