Design of the Tobacco Vaccination Control System Based on Fuzzy Control

为使香烟达到良好口感和状态,必须研究先进技术来完成烟丝接种。结合智能控制理论,充分利用模糊算法的优点,提出了一种用模糊算法来控制接种系统的温度、加入生物酶比例的方法。系统重点设计了模糊PID控制器和控制规则表,并提出运用Matlab生成离线查询表的方法。

In order to tobacco to good taste and status,it must study advanced technology to complete the tobacco inoculation.So according to intelligent control theory,make full use of the advantages of fuzzy algorithm,it propose a fuzzy algorithm to control the temperature of the vaccination system,adding the proportion of bio-enzyme.The system design focus is a fuzzy PID controller design and control rules table establishment,and proposed method of using Matlab to generate the offline lookup table.
