趋化因子受体CXCR7在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression of Chemokine Receptor CXCR7 in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Its Significance

摘要 目的研究趋化因子受体CXCR7在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织中的表达,并探讨其表达与PTC临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测79例PTC及其癌旁2 cm甲状腺正常组织以及33例良性甲状腺疾病组织中CXCR7的表达。结果在PTC癌组织中,CXCR7表达阳性率为65.8%(52/79),在甲状腺癌旁正常组织中CXCR7表达阳性率为0(0/79),在良性甲状腺疾病中CXCR7表达阳性率为30.3%(10/33)。PTC癌组织中CXCR7表达阳性率明显高于良性甲状腺疾病组织(P<0.05)及其癌旁甲状腺正常组织(P<0.05)。CXCR7阳性表达与PTC淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR7可能参与了PTC的发生、发展及淋巴结转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR7 and the relation between its expression and clinicopathologic characteristics in papillary thyroid carcinoma.MethodThe expressions of CXCR7 in 79 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and their paracancerous tissues,and 33 cases of benign thyroid lesion tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rates of CXCR7 were 0(0/79),65.8%(52/79),and 30.3%(10/33) in the paracancerous tissues,papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues,and benign thyroid lesions tissues, respectively.The positive expression rate of CXCR7 in the papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissues(P0.05) or benign thyroid lesion tissues(P0.05).The expression of CXCR7 was correlated with lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion CXCR7 might take part in tumorigenesis,progression,and lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
