摘要
为了揭示路用矿物纤维对沥青混合料的增强机理及性能,通过对路用矿物纤维技术指标进行检测,采用沥青胶浆锥入度试验和沥青混合料低温弯曲试验检测路用矿物纤维对混合料性能的改善作用,结合粘弹性力学和复合材料细观力学原理综合分析矿物纤维提高沥青混合料抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性能和疲劳寿命的机理;并通过试验验证了SMA-13和AC-16型路用矿物纤维沥青混合料的路用性能。研究结果表明:路用矿物纤维通过提高沥青混合料的弹性模量、强度、抗拉强度以及纤维-基体界面附近形成的残余应力应变场和显微裂纹起到的增韧作用,改善了沥青混料的路用性能;且其易于存储及施工,在试验中表现出了较木质素纤维更加优良的性能。
In order to reveal the improvement mechanism and performance of asphalt mixture adding with mineral fiber used in pavement,a test was taken on the qualifications of mineral fiber used in pavement,cone penetration test and bend test was also taken.Combine viscous elastic mechanics and micromechanics of composites to analysis the mechanization of the performance of asphalt mixture improvement by mineral fiber used in pavement.And checked the improve lever function of mineral fiber used in pavement to the performance of SMA-13,AC-16.The result shows that mineral fiber used in pavement could enhance the performance of asphalt mixture in high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,fatigue life.And it is easy to storage and construction.
