摘要
在对锡柴4DW93-84E3轻卡发动机进行改装的基础上进行了柴油/DME双燃料试验研究。结果表明:通过增加一套混合燃料供给子系统和改造原机柴油供给子系统,可使轻卡发动机改为柴油/二甲醚双燃料发动机。柴油/DME混合燃料的配制应采取正确的方法,以免混合燃料罐中出现浓度不均。燃烧双燃料时发动机动力性有所下降,但可有效降低排放,碳烟相比原机大幅降低,DME掺烧比低于20%的混合燃料能有效提高经济性。
This paper presents the research results of experiments on diesel/dimethyl ether(DME) dual-fuel engine which is refitted from Wuxi 4DW93-84E3 light truck diesel engine.The results show that by adding a set of fuel supply subsystem and refitting the original diesel supply subsystem,light truck diesel engine can be converted into diesel/ DME dual-fuel engine.To avoid uneven fuel concentration,correct method should be taken to confecting the mixture fuel.Dual-fuel engine power has somewhat reduction compared with original engine,while it can effectively reduce emissions,gas carbon emission sharply decreases,and fuel economy can be effectively improved when DME blending ratio is below 20%.
