Study on Evaluation of Commercialization of Scientific Achievements

为进一步促进科技成果转化,掌握科技成果转化状况,加强科技成果转化水平评价研究显得尤为必要。然而,目前国内外尚无一套统一公认的评价方法。以调查问卷与统计年鉴数据为基础,运用科技成果转化率、技术创新成功率及科技成果转化评价指数3套方法对浙江省科技成果转化水平开展了评价,结果表明浙江科技成果转化水平在40%左右。

In order to promote commercialization of scientific achievements and grasp the current situation , it ＇ s necessary to strengthen the research on how to evaluate it. However, until now there isn＇ t any method commonly adopted around the world. Based on the data from investigation and statistical yearbook, the paper assesses the situation of commercialization of scientific achievements of Zhejiang by using three methods. The result suggests the rate about 40%.
