技术创新产业化的保障机制研究——以江苏省为例

Research on Guarantee Mechanism of Technological Innovation Industrialization——Case Study of Jiangsu Province

知识经济时代,地区与地区之间的竞争越来越体现在技术创新及其产业化的竞争。近年来,江苏省技术创新产业化成就显著,但仍存在着转化率低、转化效益差等问题,这些问题的出现与产业化保障机制不成熟有着密切的联系。结合江苏省实际,从政府公共服务机制、政策保障机制、政策协同机制等角度提出推动技术创新产业化的对策建议。

In knowledge economy age, regional competition is increasingly characterized by competition of technological innovation industrialization. In recent years, remarkable success has been achieved on industrialization of technological inno- vation in Jiangsu province. However, there are still some problems such as low conversion rate, poor conversion efficiency and so on. which are closely linked with immature industry guarantee mechanism. Combined with the reality of Jiangsu province, the paper proposes some suggestions to promote the industrialization of technological innovation from the perspective of public service system,guarantee mechanism and coordination mechanism.
