无锡市制造企业ERP应用现状及对策研究

随着国内外经济形势的多样化和复杂化,无锡在谋求产业经济转型发展时,制造业面临着新的挑战与机遇。如何深入推进ERP的实施与应用,走协同生产、精益生产之路,助推无锡信息化与工业化的"两化融合"已成为无锡制造企业关注的焦点。针对无锡制造企业应用ERP的现状进行调查研究,分析目前无锡市制造企业实施与应用ERP现状和存在的问题,在此基础上,从政府层、ERP服务层、企业应用层、ERP人才培养四个方面进行了策略研究。

With the diversification and complicating of the domestic and international economic situation, Wuxi is seeking the development of industry economic transition, and the manufacturing industry is facing the new challenge and opportunity. It has become the focus that the manufacturing companies of Wuxi have to deepen the implement and application of ERP, take the road to cooperate production and lean production, and aid with the ＂merger＂ of Wuxi＇ s intbrmationization and industrialization. The article makes invtestigations to the current situation of ERP in manufacturing companies of Wuxi, and analyzes the cun＇ent situation and existing problems. On this basis, the article carries out the tactic research from four aspects： government layer, ERP serve layer, enterprise application layer and ERP personnel training layer.
