区域战略性新兴产业选择基准和方法研究——以重庆市工业行业为例

Research on Benchmarks and Methods of Regional Strategic Emerging Industries——Based on the Data from Industrial Enterprises in Chongqing

结合战略性新兴产业的内涵和区域主导产业的选择基准提出了5个区域战略性新兴产业的选择基准,即综合效益基准、带动性基准、技术资源基准、可持续发展能力基准和区域比较优势基准,并分析了战略性新兴产业选择的几种方法。最后,用因子分析法对重庆的工业行业进行了选择评价研究。结果显示,重庆市在工业行业方面应把重点放在新材料、高端装备制造、生物技术和新能源汽车这些领域。

According to the connotation of strategic emerging industries and the choice benchmarks of area dominant industry, the paper puts forward five choice benchmarks of regional strategic emerging industries, namely comprehensive efficiency of benchmarks, spill - over benchmark, technology resources benchmark, capacity for sustainable development bench-mark and regional comparative advantage of benchmark. It analyzes several typical methods about the regional strategic emerging industries selected. At last, with the factor analysis, the paper has a selection and evaluation on Chongqing industries, the results show that Chongqing should focus on new materials, equipment manufacturing, biotechnology and new energy vehicles.
