蓬勃兴起的经济全球化和知识化,加速了知识产权在全球的扩张。而发达国家和跨国企业的极力推动,又使知识产权的扩张愈演愈烈。试图对发达国家知识产权保护的特点进行分析,求得我国加快实施知识产权策略的方法。

The boom of globalization and knowledge accelerates the expansion of intellectual property rights in the world. The developed countries and multinational effort promotes the expansion of intellectual property rights intensified. This article analyzes mainly the characteristics of intellectual property protection in developed countries, in order to find the patent strategy and implementation advice to further speed up the enforcement of intellectual property strategy to enable our intellectual property rights.
