摘要
对"文化科技秘密"这一概念进行准确、科学和完整的阐释,是研究文化科技秘密法律保护的基础问题,也是必须加以研究的前提性问题。对一项技术而言,文化科技秘密的保护方法是专利保护方法的重要补充和替代方式,其具有一些基本的法律特征和原则。
It is the basic problem to be solved to have an accurate, scientific and complete interpretation to the definition of culture and technology secret legal protection. It is the the important complement to the patent protection method and alternative for the technology, which has some basic legal characteristics and principles.
