广东省科技服务业发展及重大科技问题的若干思考

Several Thoughts on Development and Major Issues on Science and Technology of Guangdong Provincial Scientific and Technological Service

在对科技服务业界定及与科技服务业相关的经济发展趋势、科技服务业发展的特征及紧迫性、广东科技服务业的SWOT进行分析的基础上,思考广东科技服务业的发展重点与发展路径,指出其发展中三个方面的重大科技问题,即,应支持产品创新与服务创新的新型科技服务组织、支持科技服务业发展的重大科研基础设施与自主创新成果转化基地、发展科技服务业的共性关键技术,并对制定促进广东科技服务业创新发展的政策措施提出建议。

Based on the analysis of the definition, relative development economic trend, features and urgency of Guangdang science and technology service, the paper puts forward three major issues in science and technology in thinking about the important route and trend of developing science and technology service. It is necessary to give supports to the units of product and service creation, to the achievement transformation bases of science and technology infrastructure and inde- pendent creation to develop the key tenology of generality. The paper at last gives some advice of working out the policy of developing Guangdong science and technology service.
