The paper gives a detailed analysis on how developed countries help the bases for science and technology education for teenagers in policy support, source of funding, personnel placement and the implementation of activities, then it probes into the trend of the building of bases in developed countries, and finally summarizes some enlightenment in build- ing our own bases for science education for teenager.
