摘要
针对目前研发人员绩效考核中存在的问题,结合研发人员的工作特征及指标体系的构建原则,设计定量与定性相结合的研发人员绩效考核指标体系,采用功效系数法和模糊评价法构建了绩效考核模型,并做实证研究,证明该体系的实用性。
R & D personnel is the core of enterprise human resources. According to R & D personnel work characteristic and the construction of the indicator system principle, the paper designs a combination of quantitative and qualitative performance appraisal indicator system of R & D personnel because of R & D staff performance appraisal for the current problems. Using efficacy coefficient method and fussy evaluation method, the paper constructs a performance evaluation model, and does an empirical research which shows that the system is practical. It provides the basis for enterprises a better inspiring research and development personnel to improve job performance.
