大学农业技术推广组织模式创新的实证研究──基于中国农业大学曲周农业推广的调研

Experiential Study on Innovation of University Agricultural Technology Extension Organization:Based on the Survey of China Agricultural University Extension of Agriculture in Quzhou County

通过对中国农业大学曲周农业技术推广组织实地研究,根据组织特征理论,从组织系统结构,组织运作过程及运作表现等三方面系统研究。结果表明,大学农业技术推广组织目标与政府目标的有效结合,以农户的技术需求为服务基础,以基地为平台的扩散式技术推广,形成中国农业大学曲周农业推广组织特有的模式。

The paper is based on the field research on China agricultural university extension of agriculture in Quzhou. It carries a systematic research on the organizational structure of the system, implementation, and performance of the university over the organizational characteristics. The evidence shows that Quzhou agricultural extension cooperation model forms a typitical model of China agricultural university extension of agriculture in Quzhou based on the efficient cooperation between the university and the local government on the requirement of farmers.
