摘要
以深圳市高新科技企业知识型员工为研究样本,在同一研究框架下,对比分析和论证不同领导行为对组织创新的影响路径,通过对影响路径的研究,探索在不同的领导行为下企业组织内部沟通与授权的传递过程。实证结果证明了在高新科技型企业中变革型领导和交易型领导均对组织创新具有正向的影响效应,但是在我们所研究的基于沟通满意度和心理授权为中介变量的关系模型中,不管从直接效应上考虑,还是从总体影响效应上考虑,变革型领导对组织创新影响效应均大于交易型领导对组织创新的影响效应。
Based on the above research concept, we use the knowledgeable staffs who are working in high - tech enterprises in Shenzhen city as the research sample. Under the same research framework, we do comparative analysis to demonstrate different effective path to organizational innovation under different leader behaviors. Through the study of relationship path, we explore the pass of communication and psychological empowerment in organization under different leader behavior. In conclusion, this article proved that both transformational and transactional leadership have a positive effect on organization innovation in high - tech enterprises through questionnaire research and empirical study method, but our study finds that the influence impact on organizational innovation from transformational leadership are greater than from transactional leadership, based on the relationship model of intermediary variable ( communication satisfaction and psychological authority), whatev- er considered from a direct effect or the overall impact.
