摘要
运用中国期刊全文数据库进行检索,得到近10年来核心人才管理研究论文114篇。研究发现,对核心人才的研究主要集中于核心人才的流失及保留,研究机构以企业和高校为主,多数论文采用定性研究方法,实证研究论文较少,复杂的数据处理方法 (如结构方程模型等)尚未得到普遍应用,我国学者对核心人才管理的研究还存在不足。
eBy searching Chinese Journal full -text database, the paper gets 114 papers about the core talents management' s research es for ten years. The result shows that the study focuses on the loss and retention of the core talents, important research institutions are the university and enterprise. Most papers use qualitative research methods, there are few empirical research papers, complex data processing methods (such as structural equation modeling, etc. ) has not been universal application, Chinese scholars' s study is deficient about the core talent management. This article provides a certain foundation on the core talent management for further research.
