摘要
针对知识型员工激励因素个人喜好倾向评价这个问题,根据由7类、45项要素构成的激励因素体系进行针对性问卷调查,利用SPSS17.0对相关数据进行频率分析和单因素方差分析,确定知识型员工激励因素及其构成要素个人喜好倾向评价排序,且知识型员工个人特征对激励因素及其构成要素个人喜好倾向的评价具有显著性影响。
To aim at enterprise knowledge workers individual fancy tendency appraisal of incentives factors, the paper analyzed related data by frequency analysis & Oneway ANOVA in SPSS17. 0 according to incentives factors system consisting of 7 kinds & 45 elements. It determines the incentives factors individual fancy tendency corresponding sort. It is sure that knowledge workers individual characteristics significantly influence the individual fancy tendency appraisal of incentive factors and its elements.
