摘要
分别介绍国家间专利比较的一般性数据基准、三边专利数据基准和跨国专利数据基准的概念及其发展,对三种数据基准在国内外的应用情况进行简要举例,分析三种数据基准各自的优势劣势以及应用范围,为我国国家间专利比较研究提出建议。
The paper introduces the concepts and development of three datum ： the general, the triadic and the transnational datum, which is used in common patent cross - country comparisons. On base of some brief application examples, the paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of all three datum, as well as the application field. In the end, it presents some suggestions according to the reality of China.
