Study on Patent Collaboration Management among Enterprises Based on SDN

在介绍当前企业间专利管理现状和发展趋势的基础上,分析企业间实施专利协同管理的必要性,提出基于供需网的企业间专利协同管理模式,阐述该模式下实施专利协同管理的机制和优势。事实证明,将供需网理念应用于企业专利协同管理领域能够提高行业的整体创新能力,并且可以为企业间的专利合作提供方法论上的指导。

Based on the introduction of the present situation and development trends about patent managenment among enterprises, the paper analyzes the necessity of impliementing patent collaboration management among enterprises. It preseuts the patent collaboration management model among enterprises based on SDN （ Supply and Demand Network with multi -function and opening characteristics for enterprises）. The paper describes the mechanisms and advantages of im- plementing patent collaboration management under this model. Facts show that the application of SDN ideas in patent collaboration management field can improve the whole innovation ability of the industry and provide the methodological guid- ance for patent collaboration among enterprises.
