Research on Multi-Objective Decision Model in the Choice of Module in Industrial Clusters' Modular Manufacturing

产业集群内模块化分工和制造实现产品的模块化分解与集中,为多品种、少批量的生产方式提供了获取模块化红利空间。然而,产业集群内模块化主体设计、生产的各模块组件如何在整体资源能力、通用共享性、兼容性等特定约束情景下实现优化组合直接影响到模块化杠杆作用的充分发挥。借助多目标决策方法,模型化产业集群模块化制造中的这一技术经济问题,为在既定约束下获取最大模块利好提供量化决策方法。

In the industrial cluster, modular division of work and manufacturing realizes the product modularization decomposition and concentration, which provides modular dividend space for the few varieties, batch approach mode of production. However, how the modules design and produce by industrial clusters＇ member combination in the restraint of resource capacity, general sharing and compatibility directly influences the modular leverage. Using the method of multi -objective decision modeling, the technical economy problem in industrial clusters＇ modular manufacturing provide quantitative decision method for maximum benefit from the module in somewhat constraints.
