沟通是技术路线图的特殊功能,它伴随着技术路线图的制定过程的发展而不断展开和深化,并通过会议讨论等一系列方法而实现。技术路线图的沟通功能与传统规划工具相比有一系列重要特点,强化技术路线图的沟通功能,要从"明确目标"、"信息收集"、"人员素质"、"反馈环节"、"后续沟通"等方面入手,在强化技术路线图的沟通功能的同时,也可使整个技术路线图的制定水平有所提高。
