摘要
探讨领导-成员交换(LMX)和公平知觉在管理者不当督导与管理效能之间的内在作用机制。采用问卷法,以深圳市企事业单位员工为被试,并通过SPSS15.0进行数据分析。结果显示,(1)不当督导同管理效能之间存在负向相关关系;(2)LMX在不当督导与管理效能之间具有中介作用;(3)公平知觉在不当督导与管理效能之间发挥调节作用。并说明研究局限及未来方向。
Research on the impact of abusive supervision on organizational behavior also continues to deepen. The paper aims at investigating the intrinsic mechanism of leader - member exchange (LMX) and justice perception between abusive supervision and management efficacy. The survey is conducted by questionnaires to test employees from enterprises in Shenzhen and the data is analyzed through SPSS 15. 0. The conclusions are as follows : ( 1 ) Abusive supervision is negatively related to management efficacy. (2) LMX plays a mediating role between abusive supervision and management efficacy. (3) Justice perception functions as a moderating variable between abusive supervision and management efficacy. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed in the paper .
