妊娠并发急性肾损伤47例患者临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）是一种临床常见的危急病症。近年来对AKI的病理生理及发病机制的研究已经有了很大进展,大量临床研究显示,肾功能轻度损伤即可导致AKI发病率及病死率的增加。妊娠并发AKI多见于妊娠高血压综合征、胎盘早剥等,是危及母婴死亡的高危产科疾病之一,
