竹节参化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Panax japonicus

从竹节参的乙醇提取物分离得到了12个化合物,通过MS和NMR等方法鉴定为:竹节参皂苷Ⅳa(1),楤木皂苷A(2),竹节参皂苷Ⅰb(3),竹节参皂苷Ⅴ(4),尿嘧啶(5),胸嘧啶(6),尿苷(7),鸟苷(8),胸苷(9),腺苷(10),肌苷(11),胞苷(12),其中5～12为首次从该植物中分离。

Twelve known compounds were isolated from the roots of Panax japonicus. On the basis of MS and NMR analysis,these compounds were determined as chikusetsusaponin 1V a （1）, araloside A （2）, chikusetsusaponin I b （3）, chikuset-susaponin V （4）, uracil （5）, thymine （6）, uridine （7）, guanosine （8）, thymidine （9）, adenosine （ 10）,ino- sine （11） ,cytidine （12）, among which eight compounds （5-12） were obtained from this plant for the first time.
