Practice of cost estimation management of water conservancy project

开展全过程造价管理是新形势下水利工程建设管理的新要求。通过对近年新疆维吾尔自治区水利工程造价管理在项目决策、设计、建设实施、竣工验收等阶段开展全过程造价管理的探索与实践进行分析研究,总结了经验,提出存在的问题,有针对性地提出了对策和建议。

Whole process management of cost estimation is a new requirement made to construction and manage- ment of water conservancy project in the new age. Based on summary of experiences of cost estimation management practices of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in project decision making, design, construction and implementation, completion acceptance, problems are found and measures and recommendations are made.
