陶瓷泥浆间歇式磁选机磁场有限元分析

THE FINITE ELEMENTS ANALYSIS OF THE MAGENETIC FIELD OF THE MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

用有限元方法对陶瓷泥浆间歇式磁选机的磁场分布进行了分析，将螺线管磁系简化为轴对称问题，采用高精度三角形单元，得到陶瓷泥浆间歇式磁选机磁场分布规律；采用有限元方法计算陶瓷泥浆间歇式磁选机的磁场分布对磁选机的设计计算具有重要意义。

This paper is to analyze the distribution of magnetic field of wet batch magnetic separator applying finite elements method, and sipmlify solenoid magnetic system to be axis symmetric problem. Through high precision triangle element, the law of the magnetic field distribution of the wet batch magnetic separator can be obtained. To calculate the distribution of the magnetic field of the wet batch magnetic separator with finite elements method is very helpful for the calculation of the design of the magnetic separator.
