Muti-points Cooperation Identification of the Vehicles with Illegal Duplicated Plates Based on Frequent Traffic Violations

摘要 将高频交通违章数据作为各监控点监控车辆的依据,与高频违章牌号一致的车辆记录下来,生成各监控点的高频数据。将各个监控点的高频数据交叉对比,提取牌号相同的数据,形成套牌疑是数据库。将疑是数据中同一牌号的车辆,并通过不同监控点的时间与距离来计算车速。根据计算车速是否合理,即可以判断套牌车辆。 The database of frequent highly traffic violations is followed by each monitoring point.The vehicle with same plate in the database is recorded.The high-frequency data of every monitoring point are generated.The data from high-frequency database of various monitoring points are compared with each other.The same plate is recorded and the suspected database is formed.The time and distance from different points based on the same plate are used to calculate the speed.It can be determined whether the vehicle should be illegal or not according to the calculated speed.The method is verified by an example.
