混凝土增强密实剂WHDF在碾压砼中生产试验研究

WHDF混凝土增强密实 (抗裂 )剂是一种新型的高性能混凝土外加剂 .经实验室掺 WHDF混凝土性能测试结果表明 ,WHDF不仅能改善混凝土的力学性能、抗裂性能、抗渗性能及耐久性能 ,提高混凝土的质量 ,还能较大幅度地节省胶材用量 .为了克服碾压混凝土强度较低 ,抗渗性能差的缺点 ,进一步提高工程质量 ,由武汉化工学院主持 ,在高坝洲二期下游碾压混凝土围堰施工现场进行 WHDF生产性能试验 .机口取样试验结果与实验室试验结果基本一致 ,同时 ,现场施工表明 ,仅掺 WHDF一种外加剂 ,操作工艺得到简化 ,无须增加辅助设备 ,便于施工 .

WHDF densing reinforcer of concrete is a new kind of high performance concrete additives. Experimental results showed that WHDF can not only improve mechanics intensity, anticracking, antipermeaton and endurance properties of concrete, ensuring the quality of concrete,but also reduce the amount of Gelcement. In order to overcome the disadvantage of low mechanics intensity, lowantipermeation of crushed concrete,WHDF commercial test was carried out at the dam of GaoBa Zhou Enginering. Industrial experimental results ministered by Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology agreed with the results of laboratory mesurement.From the onthespot,it was shown that using WHDF as its only additives,crushed concrete's operation process was simplified and convenient,and no auxiliary equipment needed.
