摘要
崇州污水处理厂升级改造工程要求出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准。经多方案比较后,确定在保留现有的A2/C卡鲁塞尔氧化沟系统的基础上,对氧化沟、储泥池进行水力改造,并增加纤维转盘过滤工艺。该改造工程具有土建投资省、施工周期短的特点,运行监测表明大幅度降低了出水SS值,并减小了出水BOD5、TP含量,出水水质优于一级A标准。
The upgrading and retrofitting project of Chongzhou WWTP required the effluent quality to meet the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). After comparison of various schemes, hydraulic transformation for the oxidation ditch and sludge reservoir basins was performed, and rotary fibre disk filtration process was added on the basis of retaining the existing A2/C oxidation ditch system. The project had characteristics of low civil engineering investment and short construction cycle. The operation monitoring showed that the SS was significantly reduced, and the BOD5 and TP were decreased. The effluent quality was better than the first level A criteria.
