摘要
寒冷地区特别是极寒地区循环水站冬季运行时结冰现象非常严重,给生产和管理带来诸多影响,因此进行防结冰技术改造具有深远的意义。以宁夏PVA项目一期工程循环水站为例,对循环水站结冰的具体情况和成因进行分析和研究,并提出设置导流装置、增加淋水填料密度、设置挡雾板和设置热水洒水管等防结冰技术措施。结果表明,这些措施能较好地解决冷却塔及循环水池的结冰问题,从而提高塔内进风量及减少电耗,提高了循环水站的使用寿命。
In cold areas, serious icing problem occurs during the operation of the circulating water cooling station, which has a lot of influences on the production and management. So the anti-icing techni- cal reconstruction is of far-reaching significance. The concrete conditions and causes of icing in the circu- lating water cooling station of PVA first-phase project were analyzed and researched. Anti-icing meas- ures, such as setting of guide device, increasing of the water spray packing density and setting of mist plate and hot water sprinkler pipe were proposed. The results showed that these measures could prevent icing on the cooling tower and the circulating cistern, thereby increasing the air volume into the tower, reducing power consumption and improving the service life of the circulating water station.
