摘要
以棘孢小单孢突变株 (MicronozporaechinozporaJIM - 4 0 1 )为出发菌株 ,进行原生质体制备及再生条件的研究 ,结合UV照射及高能电子流诱变 ,筛选出MS -1 1 6菌株 ,30吨发酵罐试验 ,其C2 b组分达 85 6%。
The conditions of preparation and regeneration of micronozpora echinozpra JIM-401 were studied. A high and stable sagamicin-producing strain MS-116 was obtained through the treatment by combination of UV-ray and high-energy electronic stream. The main component C_ 2b increased up over 85%. Trial production by 30-ton fermentor proved that MS-116 could be used for commercial production.
