摘要 人才激励机制是人才工作机制的重要环节。文章阐述了农业科研院所人才激励的内涵,并以中国热带农业科学院为例,分析了当前人才激励机制存在的问题,针对问题提出了创新人才激励机制的主要对策,如建立健全多元化的薪酬激励机制、市场化的产权激励机制、人文化的精神激励机制、多样化的科研扶持机制和多层次的政策倾斜机制等,以期更好地打造热带农业科技"人才航母",实现国家"人才强农"战略目标。 Talent incentive mechanism is the important part of talent work mechanism. Connotation of incentive mechanism of talents in agricultural scientific research institutes was discussed in the paper. Taking Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, problems in current talent incentive mechanism were analyzed. According to these problems, countermeasures for innovating incentive mechanism of talents were proposed, i.e., establish and improve a plurality of salary incentive mechanism, market property rights incentive mechanism, culture incentive mechanism of spiritual motivation, diverse research support mechanism and multiple levels of policy tilt mechanism, etc. All these countermeasures were for creating "personnel carrier" of tropical agricultural science and technology talents, and realizing national strategic goal of "making agriculture strong by talents".
