河北省生态环境安全评价研究

Eco-environment security asessment for Hebei province

根据河北省生态环境区域特点,构建生态环境安全评价指标体系。在生态环境安全要素评价基础上进行不同生态功能区生态环境安全评价,进而对河北省生态环境安全进行评价。结果表明:1995～2008年,河北省生态环境安全指数变化于4.19～3.42之间,表现出逐年下降趋势;平均值为3.95,对应于生态环境安全等级的Ⅳ级;河北省生态环境基本处于较安全状态,但存在退化现象。

According to regional eco - environmental characteristics of Hebei Province, we established the eco - environment security assessment index system. On the basis of eco - environment security element assessment, we carried on the eeo - environment security assessment of the different eeo - function zones in Hebei province. The assessment results showed that the indices of the eco - environment security in Hebei province in 1995 - 2008 was 3.42 -4.19 ,displaying a drop tendency year by year; The average value was 3.95, corresponding to IV level of the eco - environment security ; The eco - environment security in Hebei province was in a more safe status, but there was a deteriorating trend.
