地衣芽孢杆菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗肠易激综合征60例疗效分析

Clinical effect of Bacillus licheniformis capsule combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.

目的探讨地衣芽孢杆菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗肠易激综合征患者的临床疗效。方法随机将120例肠易激综合征患者分为两组:对照组60例予以蒙脱石散单一治疗,观察组60例予以地衣芽孢杆菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组和对照组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为90.0%(54/60)、58.3%(35/60),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组分别有7例和3例出现不良反应。结论地衣芽孢杆菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗肠易激综合征患者的疗效显著优于单独使用蒙脱石散,且安全性高、不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bacillus lieheniformis capsule combined with montmorillonite powder for treating irritable bowel syndrome. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with irritable bowel syndrome were divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group （n=60） only received montmorillonite powder, while the patients in the observation group （n--60） received Ba- cillus licheniformis capsule combined with montmorillonite powder. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 90.0% （54/60） in the observation group and 58.3% （35/60） in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Three patients in the observa- tion group and 7 patients in the control group showed adverse reactions. Conclusion For treating patients with irrita- ble shock syndrome, Bacillus lieheniformis capsule combined with montmorillonite casual was significantly more effective and safer than the single use of montmorillonite powder, with fewer adverse reactions.
