麦默通微创手术与常规手术切除乳腺良性可触及肿块的对比分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的比较麦默通微创手术与常规手术治疗乳腺良性可触及肿块的临床效果。方法回顾性分析102例乳腺良性肿块患者的临床资料。麦默通组53例,采用麦默通真空辅助乳腺微创旋切系统8G旋切刀微创治疗;常规组49例,采用传统常规手术治疗。对比切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、疼痛评分、复发率等。结果麦默通组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、疼痛评分,均明显低于常规组(P<0.01),两组患者均无复发。麦默通组出现可触及血肿1例,在随访过程中逐渐吸收。结论麦默通微创旋切系统治疗小于3cm乳腺良性可触及包块较常规手术有着明显的优势。
