阴式手术治疗子宫脱垂35例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of uterine prolapse treated by transvaginal surgery.

目的观察阴式手术治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法对我院采用阴式手术治疗的35例子宫脱垂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 35例患者均顺利完成手术,临床有效率为100%。结论阴式手术具有疗效好、痛苦低、并发症发生率低及恢复快等优点,不失为治疗子宫脱垂的理想选择。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of transvaginal surgery in the treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases of uterine prolapse in our hospital treated with transvaginal sur- gery were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 35 patients were performed the surgery successfully, and the clin- ical efficiency was 100%. Conclusion Transvaginal surgery, characterized by good curative effect, less pain, low incidence of complications and quick recovery, is regarded as an ideal choice for the treatment of uterine prolapse.
