整体护理在皮肤科门诊中的应用体会

Application of holistic nursing care in the dermatology clinic.

目的探讨整体护理在皮肤科门诊中的实践效果。方法将120例皮肤科门诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组根据整体护理模式开展护理日常工作,对照组按照常规护理计划开展护理服务,比较两组患者护理后的满意度。结果观察组十分满意49例,对照组40例;观察组患者1例不满意,对照组4例;观察组满意度明显高于对照组,与对照组比较P=0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论实施依据整体护理制定的护理措施完善了皮肤科专科护理方案的内容,使皮肤科门诊患者在医疗过程中受益,提高了护理服务质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the holistic nursing care in the dermatology clinic. Methods One hundred and twenty patients from the dermatology clinic were divided randomly into the study group and the control group, each with 75 cases）. The study group applied the holistic nursing care, while the control group applied the tra- ditional nursing. The satisfaction of patients was compared between the two groups. Results Forty-nine patients in the study group were very satisfied, while 40 patients in the control group were very satisfied. One patient in the study group was not satisfied, while 4 patients in the control group were not satisfied. The satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the study group than the control group, P=0.001. Conclusion The implementation ofholistic nursing develops the contents of nursing care in dermatology clinic, which benefits the patients, improve the quality of nursing service, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
