摘要
底盘测功机以其方便、安全和溯源性好等优势在汽车开发及检测工作中得到广泛应用。利用数据采集卡实现驱动力和车速的测量,通过单片机与PC机通信可实现传感器信号的采样和数据传送。文章采用底盘测功机测量驱动轮输出功率来换算发动机功率,分析驱动轮输出功率不足的原因并得出底盘的技术状况。底盘测功机可用以模拟汽车在实际行驶时的阻力、测定汽车的使用性能、检测汽车的技术状况以及诊断汽车故障。
Chassis dynamometer with its convenient, safety and good traceability is widely used in automotive development and test. Using data acquisition card driving force and speed measuring is achieved, with communication of MCU and PC sensor signal collection and data transmit is reached. Using chassis dynamometer the output power of driving wheel is measured and converted to engine power. The reason of insufficient out put power of the driving wheel is analyzed and the technical status of the chassis is gained. Chassis dynamometer can be used in simulating resistance force in actual driving, using perfolananee determination, testing auto technical status and diagnosing auto failure.
