摘要
采用线性极化技术对18-8不锈钢在8%HNO3+2%HF酸洗介质中的缓蚀抑雾剂进行筛选,经正交试验,得出最佳配方的组成为0.3%硫脲衍生物+0.2%乌洛托品+0.3%硫氰酸铵+0.2%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,缓蚀率达到99%,抑雾率达到85%左右,该最佳配方的缓蚀抑雾剂对材料的力学性能不产生影响。
The corrosion and acid fog inhibitor for 18-8stainless steel in 8%HNO3 and 2%HF is screened by line polarization technique. An optimum formulation is determined by orthogonal test. The corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 99% and acid fog inhibition efficiency reaches 85% when the mixing acid consisted of 0.3%thiourea derivative +0.2%methenamine+0.3%ammonium thiocyanate +0.2% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS). the mixing acid never harms the strength of the stainless steels.
