摘要
本文用自主开发的板料成形静力隐式弹塑性有限元模拟程序 SHEETFORM对方盒形件拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟 ,全面比较了 FORTRAN语言版本和 C++语言版本的有限元数值计算程序 SHEETFORM在数值计算过程中所表现的性能。发现 :在所有参数相同的情况下 ,C++语言编写的有限元程序 SHEETFORM- C和 FOR-TRAN语言编制的有限元程序 SHEETFORM- F可以得到完全相同精度的计算结果 ,而且两者在所有加载步中所需的迭代步数完全一致 ,计算效率也基本接近。
The process of square box deep drawing is numerically simulated by two staticimplicit elasto\|plastic codes,one is programmed with FORTRAN language and the other is with C++ language.The calculating behaviors of the two codes are compared.By analysis,we find that the two codes of different versions are completely consistent in precision and they have the same iteration operations in each load step.As for efficiency,the code in Fortran language seems to slightly exceed the one in C++ language,but the difference is not obvious.
