摘要
本文从金属质点位移与变形的角度出发 ,分析了圆锥形零件冲压成形过程中毛坯主要变形区域 (悬空锥壁部分 )的变形特点及实质。在跟踪金属质点位移轨迹的基础上 ,揭示了毛坯变形区各质点贴模位移与应变间的关系 ,从而明确提出了圆锥形件的成形机理。
This paper had analyzed the deformation feature and essence of conical part in main deformation region (the side\|wall of hang in the air section).The relation between the displacement of closing up to punch and strain for each metal particle in deformation region had shown by following the deformation trace of particle.Thereby,the forming mechanism of conical part had definitely provided.
