摘要 胎儿期卵圆孔作为一个生理通道使血液从右心房流入左心房,维持胎儿血液循环。卵圆孔一般在出生后5~7个月左右随着肺循环建立、左心房压力增高而关闭。若大于3岁卵圆窝处继发膈和原发膈仍未完全融合,
