摘要 运用基于风险的检验(RBI)对辽阳石化550万t/年常减压装置的设备管道及安全阀进行风险评估和风险排序,针对不同设备的风险等级和损伤模式制定了相应的检验维修策略,并提出了一些降低风险的建议,为设备的长周期安全运行提供保障。 The risk assessment and the risk sequence of the equipment piping and relief valve of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Corporation were defined by applying the Risk-based Inspection (RBI) technology and the inspection program which offers security of long period running equipment was made according to different equipments and risk classes, and also provide some suggestions on reducing risk.
